SHIPPING & HANDLING TIMES:

Shipping times are flexible due to the fact the item you are about to commission me to manufacture does not exist and will need creating for you. We are always busy and it is on a first come first serve basis. The average lead times are minimum 3 weeks Maximum 6 weeks for all trophies, however it really does depend on the circumstance at the time of ordering. For example in February/March after Super Bowl Sunday the lead times will be longer because I will receive a rush of trophies in a short amount of time. The same applies with all major finals. 

RETURNS:

Return or exchange an item – our 100% money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on arrival, you have a 24 hour window to email our service team with a picture of the trophy as received on arrival. If you do not open the package there are no excuses accepted so please do not order the trophy from me if the person receiving the package does not open the package. This includes work commitments, vacation etc. Once we have a confirmed record of your alert you can simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will return your email with all detailed information ASAP. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt. 1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. 2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
