No advance payment is needed to place your order unless you require it personalized with a name, or another example would be a custom fantasy league trophy etc. If you simply want it just like the real trophy with no add-ons you are welcome to place the order and I will process it and your order will slot in line. I am very busy, and I do have a backlog of orders, so I am playing catch up. Bearing in mind your trophy does not yet exist, I cannot give you a delivery date. The only guarantee I can give is it will be done, so if you need it for a specific date, I advise against ordering. If I make it and a customer does not follow through with it, I would be unable to take another order in the future. It just delays the next person’s order in the line. Plus, I then have the task of selling it to someone else.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on arrival, you have a 24-hour window to email me on with a picture of the trophy as received on arrival. In the unlikely event the trophy is damaged in transit I will ask for photo evidence and offer you a replacement at my expense. If you do not open the package within my time frame I reserve the right to refuse any form of responsibility. This includes work commitments, ill health, vacation and all other things.
Once I have a confirmed record of your alert you can simply return the item to me in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will return your email with all the detailed information ASAP. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt. 1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise. 2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is made. If you do not open the package there are no excuses accepted so please do not order the trophy from me if the person receiving the package is not the person who has ordered the trophy/trophies i.e. (Flipping the goods) in this scenario I reserve the right to refuse any form of responsibility, so I advise you to take receipt yourself and arrange your own forwarding.
